O Level e math

The O Level Elementary Mathematics syllabus intends to sharpen students’ fundamental mathematical knowledge and problem-solving skills. The syllabus is categorised into three main strands, namely, Number and Algebra, Geometry and Measurement, and Statistics and Probability. Apart from testing the conceptual understanding and skills proficiency stated in the syllabus, students are also required to develop the process skills of acquiring and applying mathematical knowledge on Real World Context questions.

In this blog, I would post higher-order thinking (HOT) questions with my suggested worked solutions so as to expose them to questions that stretch their thinking and better prepare them for the Real World Context problems during O Level Examinations.
